These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amma’s Magic mobile application and services provided by ICAPSOFT TECHNOLOGY. By registering or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

Amma’s Magic is a platform that connects vendors, NGOs, and customers to reduce food wastage by enabling sharing of surplus food. Our goal is to ensure safe and timely distribution of food to those in need.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must register with valid information and provide a valid FSSAI certificate (image or PDF).
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that food listed is fresh, safe, and consumable at the time of distribution.
• Vendors must provide accurate details of food items, charges (if any), and freshness timelines.
• Vendors are solely liable for any claims or complaints regarding the food supplied.

3. NGO & Customer Responsibilities

• NGOs and customers must ensure food is collected and used responsibly.
• NGOs are encouraged to verify food condition upon collection.
• Amma’s Magic is not responsible for storage, handling, or redistribution once food is collected.

4. ICAPSOFT TECHNOLOGY Disclaimer

ICAPSOFT TECHNOLOGY, through Amma’s Magic, acts only as a facilitator. We do not produce, store, or handle food. We undertake no responsibility for food quality, safety, or expiry. All risks rest with the vendor and recipient.

5. Payments

Some vendors may list food with nominal charges. Payments (if applicable) are directly between the customer/NGO and the vendor. Amma’s Magic is not responsible for disputes related to payments.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Vendors may not list expired, spoiled, or unsafe food.
• Users may not misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Sharing misleading information or impersonating another entity is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ICAPSOFT TECHNOLOGY and Amma’s Magic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or consumption of food supplied through it.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
